How to Prepare: 🧂 Stock up on salt or ice melt 🔦 Check flashlights & replace batteries 🥫 Have extra food, water, and medications on hand 📱 Charge phones & backup battery packs 🚗 Fill your gas tank 🔥 Set thermostats safely and check heating sources What to Do During the Storm: 🏠 Stay indoors and off the roads unless absolutely necessary 📺 Monitor weather alerts and local emergency updates 🔥 Use heaters, fireplaces, and generators safely 🚪 Keep exits and vents clear of snow if it’s safe to do so 📱 Conserve phone battery in case of power outages 🚒 Keep fire hydrants clear of snow and ice 👀 Check on elderly neighbors or anyone who may need help

On January 10 at approximately 4:30 PM, LBFC along with Oldwick Fire Company were dispatched to an alarm activation in Tewksbury Township. Upon arrival, firefighters encountered heavy smoke conditions and upgraded the response to a working building f
On January 10 at approximately 4:30 PM, LBFC along with Oldwick Fire Company were dispatched to an alarm activation in Tewksbury Township. Upon arrival, firefighters encountered heavy smoke conditions and upgraded the response to a working building fire. During investigation, a fire was located in the garage and was quickly extinguished. Firefighters also successfully rescued a cat from the garage.

As we welcome the New Year, we want to thank our dedicated volunteers, the families who support them, our town officials for their continued support, the mutual aid companies who stand beside us whenever the call comes in, and the community we are proud to serve. In 2025, the Lebanon Borough Fire Company answered 386 calls for service, working side-by-side with our mutual aid partners. We are grateful for the teamwork, trust, and support that make our mission possible. Wishing everyone a safe, healthy, and happy New Year—here’s to another year of serving together! 🎉
